Regulating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Brazil: A Non-Existent Agenda?

Brief Overview

We mapped the mentions of Brazilian local politicians to “facial recognition” in their official speeches. We found that, in general, they are not aware of the social risks of this technology. The result suggests that AI control is weak in Brazil.
