"All-Rounders" and "One-Trick Ponies": Electoral Accountability in Multiple Dimensions

Brief Overview

We consider a multidimensional model of electoral accountability. We find the existence of three kinds of electoral regimes reflecting endogenous voter demand. We connect these different regimes to multidimensional failures of accountability.
