Ungrateful Kids: Political Attitudes First and Second Generation Immigrants

Brief Overview

We show a persistent generational effect between first and second generation immigrants' political attitudes. We find first generation immigrants more supportive of the state than natives, and second generation immigrants more critical than natives.
