When Changing Voters Changes Elections: Evaluating Determinants of Electoral Shift in Georgia, 2016-2022

Brief Overview

Using voter data in Georgia I find that electoral churn contributes more to Democratic gains than voter conversation in recent elections. This is led by Black voters, but inconsistent Black voters are negatively associated with Democratic gains.
