Brief Overview

This study tests the hypothesis the presence of the Sukūkai in the prefecture increases the likelihood of the adoption of North Korea-related written opinions/resolutions using the cases of Saitama, Yamaguchi, Kagoshima, and Kanagawa prefectures.
