Fast-ER: GPU-Accelerated Probabilistic Record Linkage in Python

Brief Overview

We propose using graphical processing units (GPUs) to accelerate probabilistic record linkage. Our GPU-accelerated implementation is systematically faster than the previous leading implementation, achieving speed improvements of over 60 times.
