How Do Business Elites Navigate Non-Pro-Business Politics?

Brief Overview

I argue that in programmatic party systems, business elites' organizational strength compensates for weak ties with non-pro-business politicians to influence politics. This argument is tested using mixed methods on Chilean municipalities.
