Aid, Aggression, and Alignment: A Test of the Two-Good Theory in Equilibrium

Brief Overview

I show that accounting for strategic interactions among countries in the Two-Good Theory of foreign policy yields new predictions that are confirmed using a monadic panel analysis of MID initiation and foreign aid commitments.
