Misrepresented: Comparing State Law and State Public Opinion in the Post-Roe World

Brief Overview

I compare state public opinion and state laws on abortion using a large-scale survey and find that variation in abortion policy across “red” and “blue” states is more polarized than the variation in public opinion on abortion across these states.
