The January 6th Hearings and Turnout in the 2022 Midterm

Brief Overview

Using a CES team module, we show that evaluations of the January 6th congressional committee hearings in the summer of 2022 depressed that year's midterm turnout among individuals who remained committed to, and voted for Trump, in 2020.
