Not All Winners Trust Alike: Party Performance and Legislators' Trust in Elections

Brief Overview

Evidence suggests that citizens whose preferred party wins tend to report higher trust in elections (and vice versa). This study reveals that such winner-loser gap exists even amongst federal legislators (who, by holding office, are already winners).
