Representation Abroad: Rethinking Transnational Surrogacy

Brief Overview

We investigate transnational surrogacy in the corpus of press releases from Members of Congress from the 114th to the 118th Congresses. We find that transnational surrogacy is shared across marginalized and advantaged groups.
