Shifting Attitudes towards Corruption: Experimental Evidence from Ukraine at war

Brief Overview

We use the case of Ukraine to examine public attitudes to corruption. We use experiments embedded in a unique survey carried out in Ukraine in 2023 and we show that people care about corruption and that change has to come from the top-down.
