American Support for the Rule of Law: The Role of Shared Partisanship and Expert Legal Analysis

Brief Overview

Using a 2×2 factorial survey experiment, I test how support for the rule of law is influenced by (1) shared partisanship with an executive who breaks the law and (2) the degree of consensus within the legal community regarding the action’s legality.
