Pluralistic Liberty Beyond the Rule of Law

Thu, April 23, 11:40am to 1:10pm CDT (11:40am to 1:10pm CDT), TBA

Brief Overview

This paper judges the Hayek-Fuller argument for rule-of-law—qua enabling diverse life plans, not favoring any over others–as attractive but quixotic. Law’s substance is never neutral, and pluralism is best sought in unbiased access to law’s *making*.
