This case study explores the program review process for an educational psychology master of arts program at a regional R2 university. Student and alumni surveys were used to collect data on perceptions of program quality and areas for improvement. The sample included a mix of current students and alumni (n = 28) from a program that typically enrolls 46 students per year. Several program strengths emerged from the data including flexibility of learning opportunities, autonomy to choose topics of interest within classes, and supportive faculty. Several opportunities to improve were identified including more opportunities for engagement, the need for timely feedback, and places where more scaffolding is needed. Findings are considered within the context of program improvement action steps.
