This paper will document the efforts of a research team that engaged in a line-by-line review of community college institutional policies aimed at helping institutions address potential equity concerns. Fifteen community colleges received individual audit reports of their institution's policies, which were aimed at addressing the intended and unintended consequences for various student and staff populations. A meta-analysis of the audits found consistent areas addressed in the paper, along with recommendations for how best these audits were utilized within their various institutional contexts.
