Join us to learn about the reciprocal impacts of near-peer mentoring and community-based environmental action on (1) teens’ environmental self-efficacy, interests, and career goals and (2) undergraduate near-peer mentors’ career goals, skills/abilities, and environmental interests, with a focus on historically excluded groups. Results will be reinforced with culturally-relevant mentorship approaches.
