Fostering Environmental Ed-Vocates Through Young Adult Climate Fiction

Summary

This session will engage participants in teaching activities and interactive discussions focused on the use of young adult climate fiction (cli-fi). Participants will leave with ready-to-use lesson activities for applying cli-fi to their secondary classrooms and background on the interdisciplinary nature of environmental literacy and cli-fi.
