Learn how Detroit Bird Alliance addressed the “conservationist bias” as a barrier to engagement, education, and action via Detroit Bird City- an urban meadow movement. Only through education, allies, and ongoing collaboration have we been able to transform unmaintained parks and vacant lots into intentional greenspaces -benefiting people and wildlife.
