The climate crisis can induce complicated emotional responses in students. This qualitative study examines the experiences of undergraduates involved in environmental learning and action at a mid-Atlantic university. Emotion regulation theory informs this inquiry, which highlights how students navigate their feelings to sustain themselves in the fight for planetary health.
