Summary

Field sites offer a pathway to promote conservation behaviors among visitors, and thus would benefit from a theoretical foundation. We will share preliminary research on engagement at bird banding stations from a strategic science-communication perspective. We seek insight on relevant behavior change theories and how to integrate them into programming.
