Feeling Alive—Building Parent and Teacher Confidence Embarking in Outdoor Learning and Play

Summary

Lack of confidence to take one's children or students outdoors is a common perceived roadblock when choosing to go outside. Drawing from research and a current literature review, we will both participate in and study carefully crafted examples of building competencies within adults in regard to stepping into the outside world.
