Every year, many students complete their studies at 2-year schools and transfer to 4-year programs. This transition brings many stresses, challenges, and opportunities for forensics students and coaches. Issues related to recruiting practices, retention patterns, paradigm building/shifting, team loyalty, and many other topics figure into this experience. This panel considers where programs (and individuals) succeed vs. fail - and considers how to improve the transfer experience for everyone involved.
