Abstract

With roots as varied as those articulated in response to earlier questions, the future of religious communication scholarship offers a horizon of multiple possibilities. With the emergence of new technologies and opportunities for discourse across and within multiple mediated contexts, our “high tech hearts” yearn for community. Religious communication scholarship will surely address these changing questions even as a continued focus on enduring questions and methods provide stability for this growing field and globalizing world as NCA’s Centennial approaches.
