Abstract

Compliance professionals are ever seeking a better low pressure way to persuade others. One method commonly used is that of sequential requests. But what is this method and how effective is it? This paper will describe the compliance method of sequential requests, explore its scholarly literature, and show applications of the theory in multiple fields.
