This paper explores the connection between discursive approaches to change and systemic constructionist leadership change. Data from a Danish drug treatment were collected and analyzed exploring the way that systemic constructionist leadership training can facilitate organizational change. Our research suggests that organizational change is more likely to be facilitated when the communication model that informs leadership training emphasizes dialogue and relational practices and when organizational Discourses and conversations align.
