Session Submission Type: Panel Discussion
This panel is a roundtable to discuss the current status and future of women mentors in the lives of graduate students, junior faculty, and senior faculty in the field of communication studies. We will engage in discussion about the supportive networks available for women in the academy. Women scholars have been important mentors and role models to many young women in the field, as women continue to manage the stability and change of the discipline.
