Abstract

We the members of the NCA Women's Caucus invite you to participate in our re-creation of mentorship in the academy. We have invited a number of scholars from the broad field of communication to participate as group leaders; they have agreed to be available for small group discussions, to answer your questions and share their expertise. In short they have agreed to womentor; to be accessible open participants in the process of navigating our academy.
