Session Submission Type: Panel Discussion
Many rural American communities are struggling with how to address the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICTs). In some communities, the challenges revolve around getting broadband connectivity. In others, connectivity exists and ICTs are being explored for business use and as a way to stop the flight of youth from rural communities. This panel brings together research addressing numerous challenges related to topics facing rural communities as they enter the digital age.
