Abstract

The Organizational Communication Division five years out panel will explore: (a) the historical development of Organizational Communication, (b) the major themes and contributions of Organizational Communication over its history, (c) the direction of Organizational Communication, (d) the greatest resources Organizational Communication brings to the discipline, (e) the challenges we face in meeting our goals, and (f) the greatest contributions Organizational Communication has made to communities inside and outside of the academy.
