Abstract

Communication scholars have approached the concept of wisdom in the context of interpersonal relations, organizational settings, and discourses of spirituality. However, few scholars in the field have examined the connections between women and wisdom, and even fewer have looked at international perspectives on women’s wisdom. This panel attempts to bridge this gap by featuring research on women’s wisdom in the United States of America, Russia, China, and the United Arab Emirates.
