Session Submission Type: Paper Session
This panel looks at the contact codes of touch and distancing. Two of the studies look at touch and distancing in superior-subordinate relationships. Another paper looks at touch across cultures in public settings. The last two focus on touch in situations that involve different types of education-related environments. One is between coaches and athletes and the other is between troubled teens and their counselors in a community-based learning environment.
