This program honors the 2009 recipient of the Marie Hochnuth Nichols Award given annually by the Public Address Division of NCA for excellence in public address scholarship.This year's recipient is Mary Stuckey, Georgia State University, for her book entitled Jimmy Carter, Human Rights, and the National Agenda.
