With 30 years in political consulting, including my tenure as Director of Grassroots during Florida's 2000 Presidential election and subsequent recount and Executive Director of the Republican Party of Florida, I’ve seen what makes campaigns and policies succeed—or fail. This paper distills those lessons into a framework for winning political strategy, rooted in strategic messaging and leadership development.
