Abstract

This panel brings together former,
present and future NWSA presidents
who are also women of color; to discuss
the wisdom and best practices they’ve
collected along their journeys. Possible
topics of discussion include work/
life balance, career paths, developing
a body of research, and overcoming
challenges women of color face in
higher education.
