Abstract

Exploring pivotal human experiences against the backdrop of military structure and history, this panel draws connections between oral history methodology and its ability to inspire, encourage, and propel sentiment beyond simply sharing personal experience to a specific historical context. The panel will reflect on techniques informed by the collecting, communicating about, as well as use of compelling oral history narrative.
