Master's Program for In-Service Teachers with a Focus on improving Math Teaching and Learning

Twenty five in-service teachers participated at a Master's Program as a cohort. The program was designed to enhance teacher knowlege and practice. Data was collected on teacher reflections of program impact, teacher practice and student achievement. The analysis revealed that the program enhanced teacher knowlege, shifted practice and impacted MAP testing student achievement scores. The design of the program is shared in the Poster.
