Using Open Educational Technology Resources in Elementary Education Content Courses

This study uses Open Educational Technology Resources (H5P & GeoGebra) integrated into university LMS to motivate students to complete online activities in a content course for elementary education courses. The research compares final assessments from previous courses that did not use OER and concludes that there was no difference in the results. Survey findings indicate that students were more motivated to use these OER activities than ones provided online by publisher’s packages.
