Two Cases of Practice-Linked Identity in a Calculus I Lab

Description

We describe two students’ practice-linked identities developed in their Calculus I lab, attending to how these different identities related to the same resource. We argue that the students developed identities that were personally meaningful to them, and we encourage awareness of how the same resource can be leveraged to offer opportunities for such developments.
