As coaching continues to grow as a form of professional learning to support teaching practices and ultimately improve student achievement, limited research exists on professional learning for coaches. This study explored the impact of video clubs as a form of professional learning for mathematics coaches participating in a three-part professional learning project. We explored the coaches’ perceived benefits of participating in eight video coaching club sessions. The findings suggest that incorporating video coaching clubs into professional learning programs for coaches can expand knowledge of coaching practices through opportunities to hear or see how others coach, promote a feeling of a cohort or community, stimulate a change in practice, and provide opportunities to reflect when hearing and seeing oneself coach. We provide implications for those designing professional learning for coaches
