Abstract

Anna Johnson is a hybrid scholar, with a Ph.D. in developmental psychology and a masters in public policy - that use policy and developmental methods to ask policy-relevant research questions about the impacts of public social programs (e.g., early childhood education; food assistance) on child and family wellbeing. Anna focus this research on low-income and otherwise vulnerable children - usually between preschool and 3rd grade age.
