Biobehavioral influences of environmental stress and caregiving behaviors on child outcomes

Fri, April 9, 1:10 to 2:40pm EDT (1:10 to 2:40pm EDT), Virtual

Session Type: Flash Talk Session

Abstract

The quality of the early caregiving environment has been demonstrated to strongly influence trajectories of brain and behavior. Papers within this flash talk session examine psychophysiological indices of caregiver behaviors on a range of child outcomes. Studies explore associations across domains such as early life adversity, family dynamics, co-regulation, attachment and stress physiology.
