Session Type: Conversation Hour

Abstract

A panel formed by professionals pursuing non-academic careers will discuss how to succeed in a job outside academia. They will discuss how to find and apply for a non-academic job, what important skills recruiters are looking for, funding opportunities, and how industry jobs compare to academic jobs. During the Q&A session, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share their insights.
