The impact of COVID-19 on mother-infant dyads

Abstract
The pandemic allowed new mothers to spend time with their infants at home. However, new mothers were unable to access external support systems, such as the community or relatives living in different locations, due to social distancing and lockdowns. These restrictions could affect mothers' interactions with their infants. Thus, this session looks at the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on mother-infant dyads.
