The presentations in this session collectively shed more light on the implications of technology use for children's learning and development. The technologies that were the focus include videos, digital games, video chat, E-books, and a STEM learning mobile app. Three of the presentations focus on language outcomes including language comprehension and expressive language skills. The fourth uses a participatory design to to examine character and story development in the context of technology design to be translated to a SETM learning app.
