Holistic and multidimensional statistical approaches that include aspects of culture and context are necessary but difficult to address in a study once the data have been collected. These papers highlight a range of data analysis procedures from qualitative to quantitative to simulation modeling, highlighting how data can be (re-)analyzed to reflect the nuances of culture and context in child development and why these approaches are necessary when developing theories.
