Cultural Characteristics of Technological Entrepreneurship in Russia

Abstract

Whether Russian cultural practices promote or hinder the development of the high-tech industries in Russia? Can they be used to change the country into a highly developed economy? These were the questions explored by a group of researchers from the European University at Saint Petersburg. In my presentation, I'll talk about the results of this project and suggest explanations on the impact of cultural factors on the development of technopreneurship in the country.
