Comparative Research on Global Science and Technology Center and Internationalization of Chinese State-owned Enterprises

Abstract

This study compares typical global science and technology centers from the perspective of innovative ecosystems and explores the opportunities and challenges faced by state-owned enterprises in the process of internationalization. This study further clarifies the innovative ecological connotation of the global science and technology innovation center by comparing the development history, organizational model, governance mechanism and existing problems of the major global science and technology centers, and proposes these ecosystems by combing the innovation ecosystem of the global science and technology innovation center. The reasons, patterns, and relationships among the various entities exist to improve the theory of innovation ecosystem. The current research mostly analyzes the problem of internationalization of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of enterprise management. This study attempts to analyze this issue from the perspective of enterprise ecosystem construction, clarify the niche of state-owned enterprises in the construction of global science and technology centers, and The enterprise’s niche governance model is explored to improve the theory of strategic niche management.
This study focuses on the construction of representative and typical global science and technology centers in Beijing and abroad, and summarizes the experiences and suggestions for the construction of China’s global science and technology centers, and accelerates the pace of construction of China’s global science and technology centers. In addition, this study analyzes the relationship between the construction of global science and technology centers and the internationalization of state-owned enterprises, and analyzes the significance of the construction of global science and technology centers to the internationalization of state-owned enterprises and the positioning and role of Chinese enterprises in the process of building science and technology centers around the world. The counter-action of state-owned enterprises’ internationalization on the construction of global science and technology centers provides solutions for the integration of state-owned enterprises and global science and technology centers.
