Making and Doing Roundtable

Abstract

The Making & Doing exhibition is a unique opportunity for STS scholars to engage with works that defy the standard conference presentation format. The aim of the Making & Doing roundtable discussion is to further explore the connections among the works presented at this year's exhibition and articulate their implications within and beyond academia. The discussion will be hosted by the organizers of the exhibition as well as scholars at 4S and in the New Orleans community whose work focuses on interdisciplinary, local, and collaborative applications.
